Duties
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
Supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and leadership.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
Assist the General Manager in matters across the business.
Experience
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Previous supervising experience is essential, with a focus on team management.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
