Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
Oversee food production and preparation processes to guarantee quality and consistency.
Train, mentor, and develop kitchen and front-of-house staff to enhance team performance.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
