At The Flintgate, we serve up freshly prepared, seasonal food, a rotating line-up of craft beer and cask ale, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back. As Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of it all - leading a front of house team, delivering standout service, and helping to make every visit memorable.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a management role within a busy hospitality environment A natural leader who motivates and develops their team Strong communication and organisational skills A genuine love of great food, drink, and service The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting

What you'll do:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and front of house Ensure excellent service standards are consistently delivered Support and train the team to deliver their best Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to drive sales and improve guest experience Manage bookings and customer enquiries with professionalism and care
