We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic

Bar Supervisor

to join the team at

The Flintgate

, our vibrant pub in the centre of Weybridge.

This is a great opportunity for someone with bar experience who's ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. You'll support the management team in running smooth and busy services, help train and motivate the bar team, and ensure our guests have a great time with every visit.

What we're looking for:

Previous bar experience in a busy pub or hospitality venue A positive attitude and great people skills The ability to lead a team and stay calm under pressure A genuine interest in beer, spirits, and hospitality

What you'll do:

Support the day-to-day running of the bar Open and close the pub, handle cash and stock where needed Help lead and motivate the front of house team Deliver high standards of service and ensure guests leave happy Be a positive role model on shift and help train new team members
