Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high efficiency and smooth service Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control Recruit, train and develop the team Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care Drive revenue through excellent service, upselling and events Ensure health safety and compliance standards are always met

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive under pressure A passion for great food, drinks, and delivering top-tier service Organisational excellence and attention to detail Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
