Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and shift planning Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and hygiene standards Maintain high standards of drink presentation and quality Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Coordinate with kitchen and events teams during busy periods and special occasions Drive sales through promotions, upselling, and local marketing initiatives Monitor budgets and labour costs while maintaining optimal staffing levels

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Manager, or Hospitality Supervisor Strong leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume, late-night settings Experience with POS systems, stock control, and rota planning A genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience

Salary & Benefits
