As Restaurant Manager you will:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and effective communication
- Monitor and manage budgets, sales, and operational costs
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
