Restaurant Manager - Snowflake Luxury Gelato, Lakeside

Snowflake Gelato is renowned for its award-winning, handcrafted gelato and sorbetto, made daily using the world's finest ingredients - from Somerset organic Jersey milk to Sicilian pistachios and Madagascan vanilla. Our boutiques are havens of indulgence, creativity, and celebration.
The Role:

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our Braehead kiosk boutique, leading by example and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and product quality. You'll be responsible for all aspects of site operations, from team management and training, to stock control, customer engagement, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate front-of-house and kitchen team that embodies the brand and company values Ensure every guest enjoys a warm welcome and a memorable experience Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and health & safety compliance Maintain the highest standards of product quality and store presentation Manage rotas, recruitment, and ongoing staff training Drive sales and support local marketing initiatives Monitor stock, order supplies, and control wastage Handle customer feedback with empathy and professionalism Be focussed on delivering KPIs and continual improvement for the customer and the business

About You:Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality or retail (cafe, or restaurant, QSR preferred) A genuine love for food, desserts, and delivering great service Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Commercial awareness and a drive to achieve targets Flexible, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
