We're hiring a

Restaurant Manager

at

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

to oversee our Pizza Pasta family buffet as part of our theme park catering team, and we're looking for ambitious

Supervisors or Assistant Managers

who are ready to take the next steps in their career!

A Day in the Life

Leading your team to deliver excellent guest service and smooth daily operations Supporting the team to provide great menu knowledge and confidently manage allergen or dietary needs Taking ownership of internal and external audit requirements
Driving team engagement, training, and development to build capability and confidence
Managing labour, stock, and equipment ordering in line with budget Gaining valuable exposure to menu development, business planning, and project support alongside senior management

Desirable Qualities

A proactive learner with the ambition to grow into a confident Restaurant Manager Calm, focused, and effective under pressure Excellent communicator, able to inspire and support a team Adaptable and flexible to meet operational needs Approachable and enthusiastic with a passion for hospitality Previous Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience Previous supervisory or assistant management experience within Hospitality, Retail, or Leisure Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across the business and resort Experience of working with KPI targets across People, Profit, Guests, and Safety Minimum of Food Safety Level 2 qualification
