This is a

hands-on leadership role

. You will be visible, involved, and setting the example at all times.

You will:

Lead shifts from the floor, managing your own section while overseeing the wider service Help teams manage and balance sections to keep service smooth and guests happy Be the face of the venue -- attitude, presence and professionalism are non-negotiable Drive energy, standards and pace during peak services Protect and elevate our Google rating through genuine hospitality and attention to detail Jump in wherever needed we don't do managers who stand about we need people who create exceptional cues experiences.

Leadership & Operations

Alongside running great services, you'll support the long-term strength of the team by:

Working with the Operations Manager to create and manage weekly rotas Managing holiday requests in line with business needs Supporting the hiring and onboarding of new team members Delivering and maintaining floor training plans Coaching and developing the team in real time Ordering and managing certain stock lines

What We Expect (Vibe Check Required)

Proven experience managing restaurants in fast-paced hospitality Confident leading teams during busy, high-volume services Comfortable working sections while overseeing the floor Calm, organised and decisive under pressure Strong people skills with a positive, professional attitude Reliable and punctual, especially for Thursday Saturday/Sunday peak shifts Pride in representing the Leopard Pie brand
