We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager here a nouveau to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to team management, food preparation, and overall restaurant functionality.

Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive work environment. Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while minimising waste. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase restaurant profitability. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while meeting guest expectations. Ensure that all staff are trained in food safety practices and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in food production or bartending is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences.
