About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Part-Time Operations Manager to oversee operational, administrative, and financial support for a busy hospitality environment. The ideal candidate must be organised, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Handle bookkeeping, financial records, and work closely with the accountant
Manage all administrative tasks, documentation, and compliance requirements
Oversee invoices, stock records, rota updates, and general paperwork
Monitor operational issues and arrange repairs or maintenance when required
Communicate effectively with staff and management to maintain smooth operations
Maintain accurate organisational records and reports
Manage Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo platforms, including menu updates, pricing changes, and product edits.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality operations management
Strong bookkeeping and administrative skills
Ability to work independently and manage flexible hours
Must be able to visit Upminster once a week
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confidence in handling third-party delivery platforms (Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo)
Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
