Job Summary
Daiu is the first Chinese Hot Pot and Korean BBQ restaurant in Wales.
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customer, providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls using excellent phone etiquette. Manage incoming correspondence, including emails. Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Wages: Minimum hourly rate 12.21 + Tips
