Job Description
NICHI is a fresh, new and exciting sushi and robata grill offering recently opened in the Trafford Centre. We are a Japanese-Peruvian restaurant that had elevating the center's food offering with high a high quality service experience and premium menu items such as top grade A5 wagyu beef, as well as our popular bento boxes and quality sushi.
We are looking for enthusiastic, out-going receptionists to help us continue catapulting Nichi to success now that we are getting busier.
You will be the first point of contact when guests arrive, so being warm and friendly is essential. Full and part time positions available.

Reception experience
Friendly personality and positive, can-do attitude
Confident with speaking to strangers
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Reliable (no calling in sick after that big night out!)
Team player
Excellent time management (no rocking up late with half-baked excuses...)
Willingness to learn

Floor experience
