We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Runner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our hospitality environment, assisting with food and beverage service, and enhancing the overall guest experience. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for the culinary arts and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist in meal preparation and kitchen duties as needed, including food safety practices. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, kitchen spaces, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and effective communication during busy periods. Provide excellent guest services by responding to inquiries and fulfilling special requests. Support baristas or other staff in preparing drinks or snacks as required. Uphold high standards of hospitality through attentive service and positive interactions with guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is advantageous. Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is beneficial. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance in all food handling processes. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A background in guest services, serving, or culinary roles will be considered an asset. Pay: 7.50-12.50 per hour
