Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a lively casual terrace. Duties

Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining presentation standards Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concerns Handle payments accurately and process transactions using the POS system Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing honest recommendations Follow food safety protocols and uphold hygiene standards at all times Assist with basic food preparation or side tasks as required, supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills Provide friendly guest services, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety and proper serving techniques Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen procedures is advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests courteously Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Organised with good time management to ensure timely service delivery Guest service-oriented attitude with a friendly, professional demeanour Upselling skills to enhance guest experience and maximise sales potential Previous culinary or restaurant experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
