Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests, including upselling menu items. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong background in hospitality. Familiarity with food safety practices and kitchen operations is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective guest interactions. A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
