Service Assistants

We have various shifts available at the Royal Glen for enthusiastic service assistants serving meals to our guests, it's a seasonal job, students welcome.
No experience necessary as we will show you all you need to know.

If you want to be a part of the team at the Glen and have some spare time, get in touch, we have various roles available from 6 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Assist in the preparation of food and beverages as needed, adhering to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is great but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: 8.25-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 40 per week
