Duties

Provide excellent guest services by welcoming patrons, taking orders, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service. Perform basic maths for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Assist in food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and culinary practices

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic maths skills for processing orders and payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new skills. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work as part of a team while also being proactive in assisting guests.

Pay: 12.21-12.75 per hour
