Key Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks and decision-making.
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food safety certification (preferred but not required).
