We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food production. Manage and train kitchen and front-of-house staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas. Collaborate with chefs to develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies for food preparation. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction. Develop and implement training programmes for staff to improve service quality and culinary skills. Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Experience

Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within a restaurant or similar establishment. Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff development. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to providing outstanding service.
