We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Oversee inventory management, including food production and supply ordering to minimise waste. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures, to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated team management skills. Culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Previous experience in barista roles or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
