The Chesterfield Arms in the heart of Mayfair is looking for our next star!

Are you great at offering amazing customer service, while you leading the team? We are looking for someone with bucket loads energy, and enthusiasm to join our fantastic team. We are currently looking for new management talent to join our team at The Chesterfield Arms in Mayfair. We are a small, but very fast paced business with a big variety and diversity of trade and customers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take upon a new challenge within hospitality sector.

Our new hire needs to live and breathe our customer service culture and be able to supervise and be able to lead & manage the restaurant. You might be new to leadership, not to worry if you have the right personality we are happy to have you onboard and providing you all trainings needed. Who knows, you may be our next General Manager in the future!

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant with table service. Knowledge of Bar and experience making drinks & beverages.
Desired :

Cellar Management knowledge - Change kegs/gas/post-mix. Supervisor Experience.

The pay is 13 per hour with an average earning of 3 an hour through service charge & cash tips on top!

We are able to offer full & part-time hours and start date can be as soon as possible.
