Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Assist with taking customers orders
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Engage with customers, providing excellent service and upselling menu items when appropriate.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a till system
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards.
Follow all health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Requirements
Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
Strong leadership skills and team management.
A strong understanding of food safety practices is essential.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
A willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic team environment.
