Job Overview

We are seeking a hardworking restaurant supervisor to join our vibrant team at our hip hop-inspired fried chicken restaurant. Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership skills and a passion for excellent customer service, a love for music culture, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while embodying the essence of our restaurant's unique vibe. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards. Assist with taking customers orders Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and upselling menu items when appropriate. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a till system Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards. Follow all health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Requirements

Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to interact positively with customers. Strong leadership skills and team management. A strong understanding of food safety practices is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour. A willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 11.51-12.51 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
