We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food safety, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Restaurant superviser , you will lead a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service and culinary excellence while maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.
Duties
Supervise all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the establishment.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their skills in hospitality.
Develop and implement effective strategies for improving restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
Experience
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is required.
Experience in bartending or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff alike.
