For new opening:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of food production while assisting with managers.

Duties

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration. ensure adherence to safety standards and culinary excellence. Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. Implement and enforce food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and organisation.

Requirements

Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on hospitality. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-17.08 per hour

Expected hours: 12.95 - 13.25 per week
