We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead and train staff in food preparation, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor food production processes to maintain high levels of hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales figures, staffing needs, and operational challenges.
