Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
Train, develop, and mentor staff in food service management practices.
Implement budgeting strategies to optimize restaurant profitability.
Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. A background in fine dining, casual dining, or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred. Key qualifications include:
Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or food service management.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food handling and safety protocols.
Familiarity with shift management practices and kitchen management principles.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Experience in training & development of staff members to enhance team performance.
