What You'll Be Doing:

Taking charge on the floor and keeping service smooth and efficient Coaching and inspiring the team to deliver great service Supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, rotas and stock ordering

Holding the restaurant together when the manager is away - acting as the go-to person for the team

Maintaining high standards and a sharp eye for detail to ensure everything is just right Finding ways to drive sales, boost team performance, and wow our guests Creating a fun, positive, and professional atmosphere
