Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee food preparation and presentation to guarantee compliance with culinary excellence.
Manage kitchen staff, including cooks and bartenders, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Implement and enforce food safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment for both staff and customers.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure kitchen efficiency.
Conduct staff training sessions on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
