• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the restaurant staff, including waitstaff, kitchen team, and support staff. Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service at all times. Address customer concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. Uphold the restaurant\'s commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Provide constructive feedback and support their professional growth.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to established protocols and address any issues promptly.
• Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and liaise with other departments as needed. Relay important information from management to the staff and vice versa.
• Problem Solving: Address challenges and conflicts in a proactive and diplomatic manner. Collaborate with the management team to find solutions and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Job Type: Part-time Salary: From \xc2\xa310.80 per hour Expected hours: 20 \xe2\x80\x93 25 per week Benefits:
