We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Whistle Restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Restaurant Supervisor will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience while maintaining operational efficiency. Own transport essential due to location. This is NOT a live in position.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Manage and train Restaurant Staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Oversee food safety regulations and quality standards.
Ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
