The rate of pay for this position ranges from 12.50ph depending on age and experience.

As Restaurant Supervisor your role will involve serving customers, answer customer queries, and ensuring each customer has an excellent dining experience whilst keeping on top of staff motivation and training where required. As Restaurant Supervisor you will be organised, hard-working, and excellent with customers
Responsibilities
Report to the Duty Manager and MD
Be responsible for assisting them in the smooth running of the establishment
Be responsible for staff supervision
Have a friendly yet professional personality and you must have previous experience of working with an establishment of a similar high standard
Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
Genuinely enjoy looking after people and delivering high standards of customer service at all times
Bubbly personality, work well under pressure, personable and can think on your feet and use initiative
Strong Attention to detail
Great at communicating with your team and across all areas of the business
Skills
Proven experience in a restaurant management role with a strong understanding of food production processes.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and bartending skills is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with both staff and customers.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
