Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring a positive first impression Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety protocols are adhered to at all times Supervise and coordinate team members during service periods to ensure seamless operations Manage reservations and optimise table utilisation to enhance customer experience Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations Support in training new staff members and supervising their integration into the team Uphold all health and safety regulations within the establishment

Skills

Proven experience in serving within a hospitality environment Strong leadership qualities with previous supervising or team management experience Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods Organised with good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team while also taking initiative independently Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service Bar experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
