Your Role:

As

Restaurant Supervisor

, you will be a key part of our front-of-house leadership team, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of our restaurant, maintaining high service standards and supporting staff development.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising daily restaurant service and team performance Delivering outstanding customer service and handling guest feedback Training and motivating staff to uphold hotel standards Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health & safety regulations Supporting stock control, ordering and cost management

What We're Looking For:

Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a restaurant or hotel setting Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills A hands-on, positive attitude and a passion for hospitality Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of food and beverage service (wine and whisky knowledge a bonus!)
