Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to create a cohesive team environment.
Oversee food preparation and production processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant environment.
Skills
Proven experience in a restaurant management role with strong supervisory experience.
Culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production processes.
Excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen environments.
