Closed on Sundays & Mondays

Weekdays we are open 5pm until 9:30pm

Fridays and Saturday 12pm until 9.30pm

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment with experience in fast premium casual dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Your expertise in food preparation and team management will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities



Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead, train, and motivate kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality and adherence to culinary standards. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations. Implement and maintain food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items that enhance the dining experience. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Experience



Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a kitchen environment. Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.70-13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
