Duties

Develop and implement training programmes for new hires, focusing on hospitality standards and operational procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, striving for complete satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen operations.
