We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties

Supervise and lead the restaurant team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence. Oversee food production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations. Manage daily operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment. Develop and implement training programmes for staff to enhance their skills in hospitality and culinary practices. Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends in the culinary world. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food production techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Experience in managing budgets, inventory, and operational costs effectively. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience. Familiarity with hotel operations is an advantage but not essential.

Pay: 15.00-16.00 per hour
