Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of food production and preparation.

Responsibilities



Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance. Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment. Oversee food production processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Assist in menu planning and development in collaboration with chefs. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to enhance skills and promote career growth. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant premises, including dining areas and kitchen facilities. Collaborate with bartending staff to ensure efficient service of beverages.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen operations is essential. Familiarity with health regulations and food safety standards. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in supervising staff, including training new employees. A passion for providing exceptional customer service in a restaurant setting. Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.00-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
