Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
Manage and train staff in food preparation, culinary techniques, and hospitality best practices.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Develop and implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to maintain operational flow.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in culinary arts.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not essential.
