Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to assist in the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach, in both the front and back of house, fostering a positive team environment, and driving operational excellence.

Duties



Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Implement effective team strategies to enhance productivity and morale. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the restaurant. Handle customer inquiries, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.

Experience



Proven experience in a restaurant supervisor role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary best practices. Demonstrated leadership abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
