About the Role

As

Restaurant Supervisor

, you'll support the day to day running of the restaurant, leading by example during service and ensuring both customers and team members are well looked after.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise service, ensuring high standards of food, drink, and hospitality are consistently met Lead and support front of house staff during shifts Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome to all guests Assist with rota planning, staff briefings, and team development Manage walk ins, and floor plans efficiently Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all customer facing areas Support with cash handling, end of day procedures, and till reconciliation Uphold all food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams Support ordering and stock control when required

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant or similar hospitality environment Confident, friendly, and professional customer service skills A positive, can do attitude with a hands on approach to leadership Strong communication and team coordination abilities Right to work in the UK Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends & occasional evenings

Desirable:

Knowledge of EPOS systems Food hygiene or health & safety certification Experience with rota management or basic stock control
Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
