We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, with the ability to lead a team effectively while ensuring exceptional service and food quality.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and hospitality.
Monitor inventory levels and manage food production to minimise waste.
Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration.
Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in supervising staff, with excellent team management capabilities.
Culinary experience is highly desirable; barista or hotel experience is an advantage.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
