Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean, organized, and meet health and safety standards.
Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and licensing regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and food quality.
Support the General Manager with administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead by example and foster a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic administrative tools.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in food safety or hospitality management.
Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Multilingual abilities are an asset.
