About the Role:

As our FOH Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering the welcoming, efficient and friendly service No33 is known for. You'll support the FOH management team in running smooth shifts, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring every customer leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example on the floor, delivering excellent customer service Deliver daily shift briefs to the team and coordinate shifts in the absence of GM Perform end of day 'cash-off' procedures Support with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures Train and guide team members to maintain high service standards Help manage bookings, table service, wait times and customer flow Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH teams Maintain a clean, organised and inviting environment

We're Looking For:

Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory or team leader role A positive, calm and confident presence on the floor Great communication and people management skills A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
