Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste.
Implement and maintain health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in hospitality.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
