Dakota Hotel based in South Queensferry are seeking an outgoing individual with waiting and supervisory experience for the role of

Restaurant Supervisor

to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Working predominantly evening shifts. This position is ideally for those who wish to pursue a career in hospitality.


Earnings are up to 14.85 per hour, paid monthly equating to a minimum guaranteed gross annual salary of 28,957, inclusive of anticipated service charge.


The role carries a permanent contract of a minimum of 37.5 hours per week and typical shifts will be working any 5 days out of 7. Typical working hours being 12-11pm, 3-close, 5-close, and sometimes includes assisting with late bars. This will include working regular weekends.


PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure that you are an exemplary host of Dakota at all times. Manage reservations so as to not overburden the Kitchen and Grill Team, ensuring seamless service. To take responsibility for, in absence of the Restaurant or Assistant Restaurant Manager, organising the rota in a timely fashion. To ensure we are striving to make every guest a repeat guest by providing an excellent level of service at all times.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS


The successful applicant will have/be:

A minimum of 1 years experience in a Supervisory Role. Be able to be physically active in your role, standing for much of your shift and working at pace. An enthusiastic individual who will promote our culture of positivity. Be task oriented with a great pride for the work they do and attention to detail. Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of our business. Successful candidates must demonstrate having researched our brand and a genuine desire to be part of our team.
