We are on the hunt for an experienced FOH professional to take on a Restaurant Supervisor role in our Salford tapas bar.
The successful candidate will be a natural leader, be super-organised and be at their best interacting with guests. Proven experience working in a similarly busy restaurant would be an advantage. You must be a 'people person' who enjoys building relationships, inspiring and motivating a happy team. We are looking for someone to lead from the front to maintain our high standards of customer service, systems & procedures. Additionally, you will provide support and coordination between team members and management.
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however those looking for the next step in their career should also apply.
A knowledge of Spanish cuisine is preferred, but not essential - extensive training will be provided.
Our menu covers many tapas bar classics and is focused on top quality ingredients. Every item is handmade in-house.
Our aim is for Porta to be one of the best informal restaurants in the UK.
