Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high levels of customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties



Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including bookings, food preparation, service, and cleanliness. Supervise and train staff in various roles, including bartending and food production. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Develop and implement training programmes for new employees to enhance team performance. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and ordering practices. Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting to achieve profitability targets.

Skills



Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both staff and customers. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for providing outstanding hospitality and enhancing the guest experience. Experience in supervising staff, with a focus on training and development. Familiarity with restaurant management software is an advantage but not essential.
